We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Specialist to
join our dynamic team. We are looking for a dynamic and
motivated Tax Specialist who excels in Sales and Client
engagement. This role is ideal for someone who can combine
their passion for tax services with a strong ability to identify and
meet clients needs. While prior tax experience is a bonus, we
prioritize candidates with exceptional sales skills and the ability to
build lasting relationships with clients.
- Key Responsibilities
Drive sales by identifying potential clients and promoting tax
services effectively.
Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals
and businesses, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws
and regulations.
Offer clients tailored tax planning strategies and
consultation to minimize liabilities.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and
compliance requirements.
Collaborate with team members to create comprehensive tax
strategies that align with clients’ goals.
Utilize financial software (Crosslink)for efficient record-
keeping.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and
changes that may impact clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 per hour/Plus commission
*** This is a seasonal, on-site customer-facing role, interacting
with customers in person. You’ll have access to our virtual tools
and resources, as well as opportunities to collaborate with experts
and provide updates on assigned customers. At the end of the
season, we offer opportunities to work with us again for the
following seasons.

Requirements
A High School diploma or GED is required.
Proven Sales experience, particularly in a service-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
Familiarity with financial software tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn and grow.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to achieve sale targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
An Entrepreneur with a Mindset to create your own Paycheck (hourly base + commission)
Reliable transportation is a MUST!
Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week (4-hour shift increments) throughout the tax season. Jan 1st, 2025 through April 15th, 2025
